Facility Administrator / Admin Officer

  • Primarily responsible for the overall management of dialysis operations in the unit which involves administrative, technical, nursing, finance, security, maintenance, and all other aspects of operations.
  • Must meet required growth expectations set by the Board on a yearly basis.
  • The Facility Administrator /Administrative Officer must work within the allocated financial budget set within a fiscal year.
  • He/She must secure company assets, including sales of service, inventory of supplies, medicines, and equipment, and the management of manpower utilization.
  • His/her duties will involve supervision and control of the centers’ activities and administrative personnel while ensuring compliance with all labor, safety, environmental and corporate & statutory/regulatory standards, policies, systems and procedures.
